The website for booking longstay carparking is really bad. It requires fields to be filled that can't be answered unless you have an ID number. No indication what that is or how to obtain one.I called the number for the airport and I followed the automated instructions to the car parking information, only to have the call ended once I selected the Car Park option.Very poor service and prevents me from using the long stay car park as a result
Completely inconsistent bus times. Some areas of parking closed for no reason and some bus drivers are extremely rude.
came home late due to delay on aircraft and wrong booking time by 2 hours so they charged me for a full day 27. be care full in booking that the times are perfect and hope the plane isnt delayed!!! they say they are the cheapest but will try and get as much money as possible out of you. would only use agin if there was nowhere else to go. would i recomend ? NO.
Heading back to the long stay car park on the shuttle bus and the driver stops at stop 2 then when people got up to obviously get off at stop 3 he drives past and then gets to the next stop and turns round and said sarcastically that he assumed people didnt want off, when people said they wanted off at 3 he said thats what the bell is for as he doesnt know when people want off (seriously) at the next stop a few people buzzed to stop and he said if anyone else buzzed he would drive past the stop!!!Absolutely terrible attitude and for the two young girls who had to then walk back pulling their cases to stop 3 was disgraceful....one of the worst cases of customer service I have experienced and the complete opposite of the driver we had in the way in who actually stopped the bus and told us to walk down to save us waiting.
Pre booked through Purple Parking, Numberplate was read at the barrier and I got straight in and parked up. Airport bus was there in minutes and dropped us outside the terminal. On return, got straight on the bus outside the terminal. Drove up to the barrier which automatically let me out. No issues and I would recommend.
