Food over cooked disgusting food on floor never gets clean up. Poo service

Not as nice as the old one. Took staff just shy of a hour to realise that they had lost our order so had to wait an additional 15+ on top for it to be made. The place wasnt overly busy so should of been easy to of notice. The food its self was good from the portion to the quality. Id be more likely to recommend for a pint rather than food though. Staff did apologise and discounted which was nice.
