Popped in some time ago to have the gears fixed - I was charged as for the decent job but unfortunately after couple weeks the issue returned. Had to go to another shop... Several months ago I went again with another bike - again was properly charged but the job was botched - after few weeks the issue returned. I think it was my last visit unfortunately.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Did 2 small repairs to my daughter's bike and very happy with them the charge. Highly recommended.
Left my bike in to get brakes fixed, come back next Monday and it will be ready the guy said. Would you like my contact number I said to him, no its ok it will be ready on Monday. Walked down to the shop on Monday.......guess what, not had time to work on your bike he said. Took the bike elsewhere, wont be back. ( I actually said to him several times, are you sure you dont want my phone number, that way he could have contacted me, not the best way to run a business )
Having a really limited knowledge of bikes I was slightly daunted, no need. Helpful, knowledgeable and honest, what more can you ask for. I would recommend to all and will certainly use again. Thanks guys!
Fantastic service !! very helpful, strangely would rather you got the correct suitable equipment instead of paying an unnecessary amount of money for something which would be of no benefit. They actually take the time to go over everything and advise of local clubs and cycle routes. It was a diamond find cannot recommend enough. If you are looking to start up or even just looking for advice Q-Bikes is the place to go and I have been round a few, goes to show the big places aren't always the best. Great work Q-Bikes!!
