Very helpful staff & a great choice of furniture. Once again we found a sofa which meets our needs exactly.

Friendly staff. Sales consultants were knowledgeable, honest and not pushy. There were a few models missing from the floor, that we were hoping to see; up close.Prices are, often, above prices from the manufacturer themselves. (Chesterfield).
I can't give a zero star so a 1 is the best it's getting. Bought a corner suite cash, was told to track delivery through our order number, did that and gave our suite to the local charity shop on the Thursday as delivery was supposed to be on the Sunday. (We were getting a new carpet fitted on the Friday)Calls on the Monday to see when our suite was going to be here and we're told that it wouldn't be here for another 11 days! Went into the branch and we were told even if we cancelled our order we wouldn't be refunded our cash for at least 2 weeks!Told the store manager that we were feeding our 6 month old daughter on the carpet and all that was offered was 70 to go and get a nice meal as he didn't even have a return sofa that he could lend us. I will never step foot inside this or anyone of your stores ever again!!
A brilliant assistant manager named Ian was so helpful, not pushing for a sale. Came back after a while to answer any questions. We were so pleased that my husband booked online that night!!! Without seeing it!!
