I not pleased with this place. I booked appointments for my wife three times(3). When we show up at the time of appointment they will always say there are no hairdresser left for us /apparently/. I do not think this is acceptable, and either it feels racist. If you see the posters of SOHO- it says No appointment necessary. WHY IS IT?
