poor performance from your 'supervisor' while browsing reviews on google i noticed that she one starred a competitor near by all because the girl was on the phone .Did she not think that this could have been a very important call ? did she not have the patience to wait for a minute ? no she didnt she acted in the most unprofessional way and wrote a petty complaint on google rather that tackle the issue in store ,she ran away and became a keyboard warrior .While i like toolstation i do have to say that your competitor is superior at times .I have been served by this woman several times and i shold point out that when ive been in store and she has served me i have been less than impressed with her sooky up attitude that is way too much to be honest , people being nice is a good thing but she is OTT and its actually creepy now and sadly i will not be returning to the store as that attitude is not something i like to see especially from a supposed professional and i would have thought her bosses would not be encouraging this type of behavior (they probably didnt know but will now ) ,competition is good and slating the other store is a pathetic and very poor show .
