Lovely staff but so overpriced
I put sheets and duvet covers in for ironing. First of all they said they were very busy so we gave them extra time time to get them done. Next day they said they couldn't do them because they were covered in cat hairs. We were astonished as we knew this wasn't true. My husband brought them home and we found a couple of tiny cat hairs on the top sheet, likely due to the cat jumping up as the bag sat at the door but not a single hair on anything else as the ironing is nowhere near the cat. Bottom line was they didn't want as big a job. I would have had more respect if they had just been honest. Dreadful!
Great service
Not a Dry Cleaners, brought 3 dress shirts in to have them dry cleaned and picked up the 3 shirts for 11 and they were on hangers but looked like they were in a ball then put on hangers - wrinkled throughout. Called and spoke to owner and she was defensive, unapologetic and did not want to make things right (I could careless attitiude). Also she insinuated I asked for a different type of service. Lost my business.
