Good place only 5mins from Airport rooms clean and tidy .staff at reception very helpful in getting taxi mini bus to airport food court next door with plenty to choose from.. Would definitely stay there again.if more than 5 people staying get a minibus only cost us 11 as hotels at airport were dearer it cost us less to stay here Inc minibus..

Checked in yesterday (17.11.18) for a 1 night stay with my husband and daughter, we have stayed in numerous premier inns in a variety of places but this one has honestly been the lowest in standards we have ever experienced! No receptionist, had to ring bell! No apology for not being on reception, no welcome, no smile, served promptly and efficiently standard practise with premier inn, no complaint there, given directions to room, which I must admit was helpful! Room was tidy and neatly presented, standard expectations, bathroom now here is the massive down fall, it was clean don't get me wrong and fully stocked in loo roll, soap and shower gel dispensers! Sink and bath clean but the smell of dampness was clearly in the air! Couldn't find any sign of mould tbh, BUT once we all had a shower, we understood why the smell of dampness! I have never had the whole bathroom literally dripping with water when having a shower in a premier inn! You can understand the mirror getting steamed up, but the whole bathroom!!! The ceiling, the walls the floor dripping with water and the floor like a paddling pool! Beggars belief!!! And before anyone asks, yes the shower curtain was pulled over fully and was inside the bath at times of showering! I honestly couldn't believe how no one has been electrocuted or at least the lights or switches being shorted out! The extractor fan was on as it's controlled by the light switch but it just couldn't cope with the steam in a small place! Beds were comfy and spacious enough, Room was perfect temp for us! Breakfast was super tasty and more than filling, service was exceptional, the girls on shift in morning (18.11.19) nice and bright and cheery, lovely morning welcome and lots of smiles and interaction! Checking out all housekeepers cheery and friendly, that we encountered on our way back from breakfast and on way back to reception to hand our key in! Still no one on reception on leaving and we just had to drop our room key in a wee plastic box!!! All in all would not recommend this premier inn for staying in but the restaurant is worth the visit!
Partner and I stay here for one night. Friendly & helpful staff. Had a good night sleep . Breakfast ok. Only down fall is on the odd occasion you get a low flying plane going over .
