Ordered online but food wasn't ready, waited as long as everyone else on the shop who had not paid more to order and collect. Food was okay but feel conned.

Awful service. Ordered from Just Eat, specified time when I would be in....when I got to shop was told after waiting it wasn't ready, girl on counter didn't even tell me what was going on, was told by guy on fryers I had ordered special fish, which has to be made fresh when I arrive....this has happened TWICE, why would it not be ready when I specify what time I will collect it!?!? Won't be back.....AWFUL customer service.
