This is a monument to Paisley Socialist, erstwhile Communist, union rabble rouser and all round firebrand Willie Gallagher, a founding member of the British communist party and I think at one time it's Chairman Very much a true Red Clydesider, also an MP and jailed for his views. RIP Willie Gallagher 1881-1965
