Great team working at castle. Got to see multiple flats with them and the viewing agents Jack & Jamie were very helpful, informative about idea surroundings and local amenities
Very Good team working at castle residential and were all very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent accommodation around the paisley/Glasgow area.
Rented a flat from this mob. They charged unlawful fees to get credit checks etc. Moved out and they tried to keep the deposit, producing a cleaning invoice that included cleaning of things that didn't even exist in the flat. The deposit company saw through them. As an additional comment for anyone taken in by the generally high overall score, do 10 minutes research and you'll be amazed how many of the positive reviews are from family and friends of Jazz and the other staff. It's unfortunate that google don't allow you to report these multiple blatant fraudulent reviews.
In contrary to my last letting agency castle residential have been excellent to deal with & have excellent time management/customer service skills.Would highly recommend to friends & family.
DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE These people are the most unorganized prats I've ever had to deal with. Not turning up for viewings, cancelling viewings with next to no notice. You'd think considering how much commission these guys make they would make somewhat of an effort with potential clientsAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
