Nice surroundings. Goats cheese starter delicious. Mushroom starter delicious. Stroganoff a little heavy. Braised lamb delicious. White wine could have been chilled more. Service friendly and attentive. Lovely evening.
I love this place! Cosy and heartwarming atmosphere, the staff is amazing from the moment you walk in till your farewell on your way out. Food and drinks are awesome -kudos to the chef for an amazing meal every time and the ladies out front for providing us with an excellent service! The best way would be to book in advance as does get busy but fret not; Even if you walk in, you still have good chances of getting a table. The pricing is the usual except for the meat options (a bit much for me but definitely worth it)The only reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 is due to the limited options if you are GF (as I recently had to alter my diet). There were 3 or so options from the menu. Granted, the full menu is not lengthy anyway, but it is a shame for me. I fully recommended this little gem! Will be visiting again soon!!!
Staff were lovely and very attentive. I ordered a Beef(that was perfectly tender) stew with mini cheese scone, with chips on the side as well as bread. Didn't need the chips or scone as it was a big portion to start with. The starter of battered mozzarella parcels was amazing, much better than the usual (at other restaurants) breaded version. The restaurant has a nice, chilled vibe to it but because of Xmas got busier and louder. Still lovely though and would go back. The menu is reasonably priced for the quality received with good lunch, dinner and a la carte menus.
What a little hidden gem in Paisley. This was my second visit to the little steakhouse and I was not disappointed. Great atmosphere with Motown music playing not too loudly in the background. Brilliant tasty food and service with a smile. Will definitely return. 5 stars from me.
