I tried to contact them on the phone. All I got was confusing, automated drivvel, by an annoying voice. Obviously, I'll now have to go to the store with my enquiry. Maybe that's what they want ,so that I might be enticed to purchase something .bloody annoyed
LOVE IT, LOVE IT AND LOVE IT. Great coats, jeans a p.j's. The food is great. All fresh. My down fall is the cakes, brilliant. I can spend a lot of time here everybody. If you want or need anything, please go here. The staff are fantastic.
Very poor service - the store is either understaffed or poorly managed. Saturday morning - a lot of customers, half of checkouts closed, only two persons assissting selfserviced checkouts. Wasted a lot of time waiting in a neverending queue. At the end I was charged twice - the machine fist told me my card had been declined so needed to use another one. When got back home - checked online and both cards were charged - needed to call card operator to cancel one transaction. Not a very good experience for today unfortunately.
Visited the cafe for something to eat before my long journey south. There were a few customers in the cafe but it wasn't busy. The food was just about passable but dried up and not very warm. The poached eggs yolk was hard. The sausage was very dry. There were no forks or spoons available so I had to ask for them There are dirty trays on tables. Not a great experience. I won't be coming back Dissapointng
In my opinion if you want a decent Asda store go to the Govan one, this one has lower stock levels and reduced product lines, the cafe makes me think my old school dinners were good back in the 70's. Driving access is through busy roundabout system. One plus point for the site is 24hr available fuel for you r vehicle.
