Friendly staff, great vets have no problem getting our dog through the door

Great service, very caring, patient and understanding and go out there way to help as much as possible. Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Been going for over 10years.
Sadly my cat took ill with a rare skin condition and despite everyone's efforts we had no choice than to let her go. A very difficult 3 weeks with appointments being given at literally half hour notice and every treatment tried. A special thank you to Gillian who has got to be the best vet ever, her advice and guidance was second to none, however all the girls are the best and I can't leave Vet Hazel out either it was just that Gillian was with me every step of the way. On the day it was decided that we could do no more, I was slotted in during a quiet period to give me as much time as I wanted to say goodbye, a very difficult thing to do but again the comfort and support during this was second to none. Keep doing as you do everyone, you are the best xx
I've only ever been in once, for a job interview, I never got the job but seriously I've not ever met a bunch if nicer people.. the way they are with the animals that go in and the atmosphere is great.. they all seem so bubbly and happy to be there (the staff) and were all so welcoming. What a great we place!
