I've been with this surgery for over 15 years. I have always found all reception staff, GP's and allied health professional staff helpful and pleasant and have never had any difficulty getting an appointment appropriate to my situation. GP's are exceptionally busy and many minor ailments and conditions don't need a GP. If people would take responsibility and look at alternatives such as their local pharmacist in the first instance the telephone triage system would work very well as it has done for me any time I have required to use it.

I m absolutly shocked at the service they provide and their processes of booking an appointment. Is impossible to see doctor, I^ve tried 5 times arrange the appointment during one month NO CHANCE.Recepcion staff at this GP practice are rude, they asked about symptoms...The doctor informed by phone that I can take emergency appointment only if I have problem with breathing or heart attack...Shock. Now I know why this practice is always empty, I was there 3 times -zero People. Please BE Avoided.

My wife and I joined this practice earlier this year. Our experience is night and day compared to our previous GP practice. When sharing our experience with friends etc., we just can't praise the staff and doctors enough. Sure, staff like the rest of us can have their off days. None of us are perfect thats why we need doctors.

People are always quick to give bad feedback but I feel that it's equally important to give good feedback.I cannot fault this practice, from the reception staff to the doctors and nurses. I have been with this practice for a number of years now and have during this time had vsrious different conditions that need to be managed with regular medication and reviews and cannot fault them in anyway. I always manage to get an appointment or speak to a doctor, repeat prescriptons are always done very quickly. Reception staff could not be more helpful!

Since moving to Paisley I needed a new doctor and this was my closest one. Im absoltely shocked at the service they provide and their processes of booking an appointment.I called at 8.30am when they opened to be told I couldnt book an appointment but a doctor would call me back. I didnt revive a call back until 6.15pm to be told as a new patient we recommend you get a new patient check up before we assess you to which I stated that I needed to see a doctor because of pain I was having. She refused to give me an appointment.I phoned back this morning and spoke to another colleague who said this shouldnt have happened and that they would get another doctor to call. A doctor calls back but it doesnt even ring and it goes straight to my voicemail.Still waiting to speak to a doctor (not even get an appointment) 2 days later!!!My previous doctors you were able to phone up on a first come first serve basis and were given a choice of appointments. I cant believe this is how a doctors works.
