Arrived to check-in Sept.4th, 2018 for our last night in Scotland, no one was there.Called the evening before and the day of our stay multiple times,just an answering machine.Phone message left, no return call received.Gates to driveway locked, no vehicles in driveway, no answer on intercom.Waited one hour with another couple who were facing the same dilemma.We had to go look for alternate accommodations.Hope the owner is okay.
The best hotel experience I have had. It has been a few months since I stayed and I still remember the owner Francescas name. She was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout my experience. The food was wonderful every time and my room was very nice and comfortable. The colored lighting behind the bed seemed a little wonky sometimes, but I liked it when it functioned. The guest book WiFi details were kind of confusing, it took me 5 minutes to figure out how to connect to WiFi. Staying here feels almost like an extension of home and I absolutely want to stay here again if Im in the Paisley area. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning on visiting Paisley.
