Airport parking, good facilities, friendly staff, even got a free ice scraper for my car in the winter :)
This is the 2nd time we have used this car parking facility and find from booking on-line to parking and collecting car, the service is excellent. Friendly staff, always willing to help. Very impressed and will continue to use in the future. Thank you.
Used the parking as a package with Holiday Inn. Parking was as usual very good but was asked to pay for 1day extra as there appears to be some debate as to whether 8 days or 8 nights. I have never had to pay extra like this before. My confirmation says nights. I am due to stay again next year for 15 nights. Interesting to see what the charge will be. I can't believe the Holiday Inn expecting their guests to be charged extra like this unless truly overstaying by flying long haul.
Arrived and was pounced upon by a man trying to remove my luggage before id even stopped. Parked a good 20 min walk from buses in torrential rain, no cover and soaked baby as well. Reception staff very friendly but driver was too in your face, first time using,, wont be back
Polite stuff that will help you find a parking spot, transfer with really kind bus driver to terminal in 10 minutes. Bus was already waiting for us. Generally very pleasent experience. I highly recommend, as the price was also very good.
