Avoid at all costs. Returned to find car damaged.. filled in accident report so they could check CCTV... many emails and phone calls later they refuse to get back in touch with me provide the info so I can inform the police and the insurance company. Very poor service and no way to speak to the managers other than by email (that they don't respond to!). Will not be booking again with them as might as well park on the street given they offer no guarantees for security or assistance when your car is damaged. Poor staff on site have to deal with complaints while managers are anonymous and uncommunicative.
Got in at 3am to pick my car up, battery had gone on the car and then my rear brakes had also seized up. Thankfully mike and Steve (I think was his name) that work there helped me out straight away. Wouldn't expect such a kind gesture from most people especially at that time and the fact id never met them before. Highly recommend this company!!
Fuss free airport parking. Staff are terrific. Helpful bus drivers and office staff. Really good prices also for parking. Will continue to use Swift Park. Highly recommended.
Parked here for the weekend and can't fault the service. On arriving at the car park there was a bus waiting and whilst I nipped in to reception to tell them we had arrived the driver put our case on the bus . We left straight away and where given clear instructions on arrival at the airport on what to do on our return.When we arrived home last night I called from the airport and waited approx 5 mins for the bus to take us back to the car park.Very impressive service and reasonably priced , highly recommend
