Very friendly staff and quick service.
Told 15 min wait at 11.45 today. Waited 32 min. Eventually rejoined the line. After waiting patiently for staff to finish fiddleling about with a computer, i was next to be served. The female staff member just looked over me asked the person behind me "how can i help". I had to interupt and ask for my script. My script was sitting ready just nobody bothered to call my name. She asked me confirm my address and handed it over. Not a sorry for the wait to be had despite being told i had waited 32 minuites. The male Pharmacist is good. He has previously served me -promptly before.
Just a normal busy pharmacy but the staff are very nice and professional, hence, the 5*
Lovely helpful staff but unfortunately they have screwed up my prescriptions many times now and when i went in and said they did absolutely nothing about it and blamed me
The staff here are lovely and very efficient. If there's a problem, they'll tell you and give you options. They're happy to check whether medication in the shop might clash with medications you're already prescribed. Never met a better bunch.
