Rubbish customer service, the worst / unsafety budget Airline in the Euro, never again!
4h late with @easyJet and a free drink !! How many hours for a meal? !! And if we did how to get home at 2am ??? Traveling with @easyJet is the guarantee to sleep free at the airport!
Poorly service. I experienced two times in 10 days delay before takeoff because of not available slots. The officer claimed both times that the airport is not giving the clearance to go. Such a thing Id never experienced with other airliner and it seems to happen often with easy jet. In other words , low cost flights means highly likely to delays...
You charge extra over and above what you originally quote for a "Standard Seat" as if there were an alternative. Like what? Sitting on the wings? Don't even get me started on the admin fee. This should be illegal.
If I had a choice I would avoid but they seem to have the monopoly on some routes.
