I was in the branch recently and all I can say is it was a fab experience from start to finish, I came to have a browse at some cars and with the amazing large selection they have i wasnt short of cars I wanted to see, I was shown about by a lovely gentleman who made us feel very welcome and to top it all off I got a nice cup of coffee with a bit of shortbread :) would recommend and I will be back very soon
Really good experience from start to finish, Richie the sales fella was spot on, kept me informed of the process, and went very smoothly. When i arrived at AC Ford Linwood to pick up my car, made very welcome, had a coffee and short bread, nice touch. Richie again kept me informed what was happening, until Robert took over to finalize the deal. Robert was very informative and explained all things clearly, and even tuned my phone into the bluetooth for me! Overall a great experience with the lads, and will recommend to friends and family, oh and my car is smokin!!!
Excellent customer service from sales through to servicing! Our sales person couldnt have been more patient and knowledgable, making sure I had exactly what I needed for the very best price. I couldnt recommend Arnold Clark, Linwood highly enough. This is the third car we have purchased from here - our fourth to be made soon!
Caroline Gray, sales was very helpful throughout the purchase of my vehicle. Caroline arranged for a comprehensive video to be taken of the vehicle showing all aspects of the interior and exterior. Caroline then arranged for the vehicle to be transferred from Linwood to Carlisle. All in all the experience of dealing with Arnold Clark and Caroline was very good. Only minor issue was that the incorrect user guide was supplied with the vehicle.
What an amazing experience. I can honestly say that Brian Hunter went above and beyond what he needed to do, I recommend him anyway.
