Must admit very easy process of buying a new car thanks to Marcello very attentive and helpful. Sadly Arnold Clark dont help themselves with regards to after sales, after I received my V5 I discover wrong plates are on the car (how lucky was I not to have an accident or get pulled by the police) then told I couldn't get new plates till the Monday as Arnold Clark dont do plates over the weekend, but if I wanted I could get them done myself and they would square me up! Then the finance had to be redone which meant a 50 mile round trip for me ! Then I also discover no coolant in the car? Sorry are these things not allegedly checked before release? Anyway long story short sometimes its the small things that make a big difference. A simple offer of fuel to cover my journey, free valet etc not weve done our bit dont see the problem here !! What a shame I will reiterate Marcello sales guy was excellent just a shame the company policy seems to flop once youve signed on the line.
Just bought my first fiat 500 from Marcello. He was extremely helpful with choosing my ideal car and carefully explained and advised the best finance plan and answered any questions I had. He was keeping me up to date with everything and within few hours I left branch with my new car! Truly a great experience, the whole process was easy and even managers took time to chat with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Bought my first car from Marcello last week. From stepping foot in the showroom to the days following picking up my car I have received excellent service. Unlike other pushy sales men, he was patient and took time to make sure I was getting the correct car for me and my budget. Another positive was the fact managers came and introduced themselves and took time to have a chat also. If anyone is considering getting a new car I would definitely recommend Marcello.
