Appauling behaviour from the service reception - firstly they said they couldn't find my service appointment in their booking system but when I opened the appointment confirmation on my smartphone, there was already an email confirming that they had just cancelled the appointment while they were telling me there wasn't one. So they lied about that but couldn't cover their tracks for cancelling it. After I pointed that out, they then said they had no parts for the recall or the repair that was supposed to be done. Why didn't they just call me to say that instead of wasting my time and fuel to drive all the way over there just to lie about the appointment and tell me they didn't have the parts for the job - isn't that the behaviour of charletons?I'll be looking for a dealership that's honest and up-front about what's going on and knows what they're doing.Post submission note - I used Parks Mitsubishi in Coatbridge who are superb in comparison to Phoenix in Linwood. Its a few miles further away but its worth it to get their reliable and trustworthy service.
I booked my outlander phev into your Linwood branch for the ECU relay recall. I have traveled for 8 hours to get here to be told that the part is not in stock. And the staff had the wrong contact details for me as well. The staff where unhelpful and never offered apologies and a explanation why they booked me in and Kew I was traveling from a remote part of Scotland to get this work done. It has cost me over 200 in ferry's and petrol to bring the car down. 2nd Time they have let me down. AVOID!
