Before I went into update our car, i asked if they would be able to remove the dash-cam, they said "no problem". 3 weeks later I are still waiting for the dash-cam, when I phoned again to be told I needed to make an appointment at the nearest Halford's for them to remove the dash-cam as they Arnold Clark are suddenly unable to do. I was not advised at any time during the sale process that I should have the dash-cam removed before trading the car in. I 'm being generous with the one star as I can't remove it I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone especially as their after sales is inadequate as I never received any call enquiring if I liked my new car
After I bought the car the customer services is ! I'm Lost for words it's so poor. ( They will get one of the appropriate person to call you as soon as they can ) They never do I will probably get a response from probably an email absolutely not a call . never going for a car there again..

There are of course parking spaces, but it can be busy at this central part of the car village here. Search it out and squeeze in is the best advice. Inside a good enough welcome and after a few minutes wait we found a Sales person to quiz. Our quest was to search out a new vehicle that would suit a hoist and able to lift and fit a new wheelchair. It was hard enough to find the dimensions of a particular chair and seat configuration. It then became impossible to find dimensions for the cargo area to stow the chair. What the heck is a litre of boot space? Most people have to fit in a box, bags or cases all these things have length, width and height. A litre is not much help.
We had the most amazing service here when buying our car. The great servuce has continued in even though we have had our car 1 year. So often the after sales service at car dealers is horrible after the initial purchase... not at Jeep. And if u can chat to the salesman Jim. He was brilliant!!
