Car was in for a service. They sent a video to show the walk around of my car. They checked the tyres also for me. They are great and keeping you updated on the status of your vehicle.

Visited not to buy, or order but just fact finding. Happy welcome at the front sales, and an immediate offer of a chair as I used crutches for the short distance. A call was quickly put out to find The Motability salesperson who introduced himself quickly in a good humorous way. Michael listened attentively to our description of the problems I face, and easily produced prices and funding for the selection we made. He suggested that we also look at a different vehicle which might also meet our needs. We left with brochures and prices with more detail than we had. This was a very good visit, and very informative. Thanks Michael 5*Such a good experience we returned (2or3 times) tape measure in hand. We had I think very specific requirements to fit what seems to be an unusual chair into a car boot with a hoist. Megan our Motability genius proved to have endless patience and a wealth of knowledge. Thats us, order placed and adaptations agreed. I should add, that the test drive was a delight, all questions asked and answered!
