Put my partners car in for a service and MOT, told them there was a squeaking with the rear right wheel when turning and on uneven ground, was put on the service sheet that it was caused when breaking and cleaned brakes to eliminate noise but it's still very much there, also a complimentary hover looks like it was done with a clogged hoover with very little power and they never even touched the boot. Definitely not impressed.
